Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in the world. All MakeMyLed LED lighting systems are built to order in our South Australian factory.
After placing an order you'll receive email each time the order status changes. The process from, start to finish is quick for shelf stock items but made to order items can take a little longer especially for large orders or if we have a backlog to get through. Your order will generally follow this workflow and you'll get an email at each step :-
- Awaiting Payment (if paying by bank deposit)
- Payment Confirmed (we received payment)
- Preparing Order (for shelf stock items)
- Manufacturing Order (for build to order items)
- QA & Testing
- Packing
- Awaiting Shipping (Awaiting collection by our Shipping Agent)
- Booked with Shipping Agent (Shipping Agent will collect and then book with the best service to your postcode)
- Shipped (Booked with a courier or Australia Post service, you'll receive tracking at this step)
