The MMLED Colour Tunable Coral Reef series have a perfect mix of 9W RGB 3-in-1 power leds with a boosted blue channel and with Red and Green for colour balance + 3W UVA power leds that together deliver vibrant and crisp natural lighting with awesome colour rendition and shimmer.
Unlike other RGB leds on the market, MMLED RGB power leds incorporate real 660nm Deep Red and 450nm Royal Blue chips which deliver a beautiful natural full marine spectrum hitting all the photo peaks to sustain and maintain Coral, Corraline Algae, Zooxanthellae algae and Macro algae growth.

Manual Controller (suitable for use with wall timers)
For those that don't like or need technology and just want a great light that can be turned on and off at the wall. A simple manual push button controller for On/Off, brightness and colour settings that remembers the last setting after power off and on.
No Controller (suitable for use with wall timers)
For those that just need a great light with the perfect spectrum that turns on full and off at the wall plug. Perfect for commercial plant growers and those that want zero technology.
Hood Mounting
Hood mounting requires a little diy because all hoods are different, each tube comes with a pair of universal mounting clips to help make this an easy job.
Rim Mounting
The adjustable bracket mounting kit makes it a simple task to rim mount any rectangular style MakeMyLed tubes.
The bracket will fit on rims up to 21mm wide and the adjustable L shaped support rod is 250mm x 140mm
Glasstop Mounting
The tubes are so light and compact they can be laid directly on glass lids.
Most of the heat on these lights is projected upwards and very little heat is projected down so the glass won't get too hot.

The beam angle affects how wide or narrow the light beam will be. A lower degree beam angle like 30 will have a narrower beam than 45.
Narrower beams produce higher intensity and PAR directly below the light but that intensity tapers off as you move out from the center.
Wider beams have a lower intensity and PAR directly below but the intensity does not taper off as quickly.
Choosing an appropriate beam angle for your tank dimensions and lighting needs is not an exact science but use this table as a general guideline.

This light is designed for trouble free long term use under normal operating conditions, if you need help you can use the MMLED online chat for assistance and trouble shooting. You Choose the Length and Spectrums
MMLED Fixed Colour Tube Sets (aka XB5) allow you design your own power led lighting tube system, i.e. to choose the length, number of tubes and the spectrum of each tube in the set.
Choose up to 5 tubes for the set and choose which spectrums you want for each tube.
Each tube in the set is separately dimmable but not colour tunable. Colour tuning can be achived by dimming or brightening tubes to get the colour you want.

Fixed Spectrum Spare/Replacement Tubes (aka XB5) are for building custom systems or for use aas a spacre or replacement.
As a guide, the Flora Sun Blend is the most popular for fresh water tanks because it naturally highlights blues and reds in fish and also has a perfect spectrum for growing plants and the 120000K Coral Sun tube is the most popular for marine tanks.

The PAR shown in the table is for one Flora Sun Tube. Some spectrum tubes have higher PAR than this e.g.6500K Cool White, and some have lower e.g. Deep Red Highlighter.
PAR will be approx 88% higher for more multi tube sets.
- This is a high light system and is fully dimmable so you can run it at lower than full capacity if you don't need that much light.
